Permanent recruitment process

Every candidate is pre-screened by our consultants using the following process:

  • Every candidate is fully briefed to ensure that they fully understand the role, the company, opportunity for career progression, and support for professional development.

Temporary Workers and Contractors

The process for the supply of contract workers is similar to our permanent recruitment process, we ensure we have all the important details and ensure we provide matching candidates. We are fastidious when checking the worker is suitably trained, holds the relevant qualifications and tickets as well as eligibility to work in the UK. We take up references wherever possible.

Health and Safety is a priority especially in the provision of Temporary Workers and Contractors to construction sites. We have introduced a number of initiatives including verbal site risk assessments with the client prior to commencement of the candidate and ongoing active and practical support of the CSCS initiative. All candidates provided within construction sites will hold at least a valid basic CSCS card.
