Our role is to help you find the positions that really suit you and to give you a full insight into the clients requirements and expectations.

We go to great lengths to understand not just the job but the style of the client and the working environment.

Health and Safety is priority within the Construction Industry especially in the provision of Temporary Workers and Contractors to sites. We have introduced a number of initiatives including verbal site risk assessments with the client prior to commencement of the candidate and ongoing active and practical support of the CSCS initiative. All Trillium candidates provided within construction sites must hold a valid basic CSCS card.

In order to help you we will require a full working history, details of your skills and qualifications and we will seek references. Our experienced consultants will help you through this process and keep you up to speed with every step.

Once engaged we keep in regular contact with you and have a simple automated timesheet system which makes life easy both for you as a contractor and for our clients.

At the end of each assignment we will seek feedback from the client and from you as the contractor to help us keep accurate references for both and to provide feedback. We find that is really helpful for all parties and helps to maintain ongoing relationships.


All workers should enter into a contract prior to commencing work for us. We have two forms of contracts:

  • Limited Company: Contract for services
  • PAYE: Contract for services

Trillium Payment Procedures

Many of our contractors are paid via another limited company (either their own or a payroll provider).

We wish to ensure all such companies are bona fide and as such there are criteria which must be met to allow us to pay through a limited company.

We are unable to pay funds offshore for work done in the United Kingdom in any circumstances.

To ensure you are paid promptly, please make yourself aware of the following procedures:

  • Completion of your timesheet before leaving site and signed by authorised person.
  • Submission of your time sheets by email, fax or post by Tuesday 12pm each week.
  • Method of Payment
  • Do you have a current form P45?
  • National Insurance
  • CIS UTR Number
  • Bank Details
  • Provide Identification and right to work documentation.

Method of Payment

Payment is made weekly in arrears, our commitment to you is that if we receive your authorised timesheet by 12 noon on Tuesday, we promise to pay you, or your service provider cleared funds every Friday.
